Well well well what do we have going on here? I just renewed my VM contract and I added Volt500 and Sports UHD. I was already getting Netflix Standard but it has been sneakily changed to Netflix WITH ADS. There was no mention of this until I got my renewal confirmation. Surely this is illegal? You can't just change a contract without mutual consent. I don't want to see ads, that's why Netflix is so popular, why are VM being so dishonest about this change? Not happy at all.

With your package as Netflix have changed their tiers the collaboration that we have with them has altered with which Netflix Is now Included In your Virgin Media package, this falls under Section B paragrapgh 2 of the T&C's. Should you wish to upgrade your Netflix to standard without ads, we would need to discuss this via private message. Please look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser or if you are using a mobile device, it will be located under your profile icon.
