Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums. With your package as Netflix have changed their tiers the collaboration that we have with them has altered with which Netflix Is now Included In your Virgin Media package, this falls under Section B paragrapgh 2 of the T&C's. Should you wish to upgrade your Netflix to standard without ads, we would need to discuss this via private message. Please look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser or if you are using a mobile device, it will be located under your profile icon.
