Sorry to hear you're having issues switching to E-billing.
The e-billing section is located in the 'My Profile' section of your online account. The full steps for this can be found here if needed.
Let us know your online account shows anything different to what is shown on that link and we can investigate this further.

Hi Carley
When you click on 'My Profile' there is no options to select ebilling.
I've tried all steps, there is not an option to change it. Please can you assist in changing it.

Oh? That is odd.
Can you see if this is visible to see when following these steps instead.
After signing into your Virgin Media online account> Click Account settings > My Virgin Media account details > Scroll down to Communication Preference and click edit > Select eBills, email, text from the drop down > Click update.
See if this works for you at your side to change this.

I think it would be best for us to take a closer look at this but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
