Unable to switch to ebilling
I had my account set up for me by someone at Virgin, but they didn't sign me up for ebilling when making the account as I've seen on my first bill a charge for a paper bill. I've tried following instructions online to find how to switch but there is no option when I go into my profile, I would like to switch but at the moment I don't seem to be able to. Any help would be very appreciated, thanks.
