I had my account set up for me by someone at Virgin, but they didn't sign me up for ebilling when making the account as I've seen on my first bill a charge for a paper bill. I've tried following instructions online to find how to switch but there is no option when I go into my profile, I would like to switch but at the moment I don't seem to be able to. Any help would be very appreciated, thanks.

Please do try these steps;
Register for My Virgin Media, you can switch to eBilling by following the instructions below:
1. Register or sign into My Virgin Media.
2. Click My Profile at the top of the page.
3. Scroll down to the eBilling section and click Switch to eBilling.
4. Follow the instructions on-screen.
Once you’ve registered for eBilling, we’ll send you an email each month notifying you when your bill is ready.

Thanks for the response however this is the problem there is no option for me to do this and I have followed the link you provided but when I clicked switch to ebilling it took me to a page with my sign in and security details. I really need to get this sorted asap is there anyway you could do this manually for me?

I am sorry to hear you have had some issues switching to ebilling.
This can be done via your online account.
Sign into MY VM and follow the below steps:
• Click on the Settings tile.
• Click on Account Details.
• Scroll to Communication Preference and click Edit.
• Select "eBills, email, text" from the dropdown menu.
• Click Update.
