Unable to switch to Ebilling

Hi,

I can't seem to find the option to switch to ebilling on the website after logging in.

I've also made an attempt to contact VM Support via WhatsApp to switch to ebilling and they assured me that they have switched me over but I am still being charged for it on my latest bill.

 

Can someone help me sort this out?

I am sorry you're having this issue with your E-Billing! I understand you're still being billed for the paper invoices. But as you've already spoken with the Team to get it set up, can you now access your E-Bills?

When was the last time you received a paper bill in the post?

I last received a paper bill last Saturday which includes the paper billing charge.

Just in case there's a system error happening somewhere, can you confirm if you're also able to access your E-Bills via your MyVM account please? 

If you can't, does it give you an option to set up E-Billing? 

What can you see on your side?

I can see my bills online when logging in. However, I don't see an option to switch to ebilling and I have already contacted support once to switch.
