Unable to Switch to ebilling

Hi

I am trying to switch to ebilling and have followed the the help guide and used the link provided in solutions to posts where other users had the same issue but nothing works, there is no option for switching to ebilling any where in My Virgin Media online account.  Can someone help me with this issue?
