Please could you send the email with the link to sort this out. Tnt is still listed as part of the maxit package but cannot access on the tv. Many thanks

If you have renewed ANY part of your package, you are now on MegaTV. Maxit is a legacy package that is no longer sold. When the BT Sports channels were purchased by Warner, they terminated the bundling agreement that VM had that allowed the now TNT channels to be included when packages are renewed. So in order to get them back you now need to subscribe to them separately at an additional £18 a month.

The link in the emails was to a form that was quietly disabled by VM a few weeks ago. You'll need to wait for the forum team to respond instead and make your case.

Hello Gjh76,

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your package and TNT sports at the moment. As nodrogd advised, have you recently made any changes to your package or renewed your contract? What happens, when you try to watch the channel, are you told that you need to subscribe to the channel?

Kind Regards,
