Think I’m paying for Netflix twice

Hi, I’ve got a new virgin contract and channel package. It appears to have Netflix added as part of the package. I have been paying about £10.99 a month from my account to pay for Netflix. Can I now cancel this sub if I’m getting it automatically through Virgin?

Hi Bizmuth, thanks for your post :).

If the new package includes Netflix in the bundle, but you're already an existing Netflix customer, you won't need to cancel your current Netflix account. 

You should have received an email with an activation link for Netflix.

Please follow the link and instructions detailed on the email to complete activation. 

This will provide the option to use an existing Netflix account. 

Please ensure you use the same email address your current Netflix account is registered with during the activation process. Your Netflix account will then transfer over automatically for you with your profiles, watchlist and viewing history intact.
