When I set up my last contract I told them didn't want BT sports (Now TNT) I was told it came as part of the package and couldn't be separated, since July this year it has now shown up as an add on within my bills at £18 / month. I cannot find an easy way to remove the add on (they are very quick to add something!) My contract is now due to end with a big increase due. I hate having to call and renegotiate as I can never remember my log in details. I have been with virgin media for around 18 years in that time I have had my mobile changed from Virgin media to O2 automatically (service signal is poor). Their engineers are good whenever I have needed to call them, but i just feel the overall access to adding and removing bits of the package as very poor
