Hi,
Like many other people on here I am unable to opt out of paper bills for my Broadband Account, which I don’t recall opting into in the first place. I have read various ways to opt into ebilling and none of them work. Please help sort this out for me.
When I click MyProfile there is no option for ebilling, the header options available are:
1. My sign in details.
2. Telephone security details.
3. Sign out across all signed in devices.

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with setting up e-billing. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊

Hi,
I am also looking for a way to disable paper billing and switch to ebilling. I do not see this option anywhere. And the help link for 'switch to ebilling' doesn't work. I don't want to pay £1.75 every month.
