Hello there, I am having the same issue and it's not working. I can't see anything of what you're mentioning in the menus. Can you please help?

Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here. 

I am so sorry that you have faced issues with setting up eBilling! To confirm have you tried accessing your My Virgin Media account via the web page here and following these steps: 

  1. Register or sign into My Virgin Media.
  2. Click My Profile at the top of the page.
  3. Scroll down to the eBilling section and click Switch to eBilling.
  4. Follow the instructions on-screen.
