Switch to ebilling

Can someone help me with switching to Ebilling please? The current guide on how to switch does not work and none of the settings provide the ability to switch

We're sorry to hear about the problems you've been having when trying to switch to eBilling 😔

In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

I have been through my settings trying to switch to ebilling and all I can find is how to change how VM can contact me, but no way to switch to ebilling. 

The link that the paper bill includes (virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-ebilling) doesn’t work. 

Can someone please assist me in moving to ebilling?
