Switch to ebilling

Hi, I would like some help switching to ebilling please.

In my account options I have my communication preference set to - eBills / Email / Text - but I recieved a paper billl in the post today.

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

I'm having the same problem - In my account options I have my communication preference set to - eBills / Email / Text - but I received a paper bill in the post yesterday. I tried to follow the instructions to switch to eBilling but can't find any other way to do it. Please can you help me? Many thanks

Hi Raul123 👋 Welcome to the community forum! Thank you for posting and joining this thread. 

You should be able to switch to E-billing yourself via 👉 My VM by heading to Profile > E-billing > Switch to E-billing. You can read more about the process here 👉 https://my.virginmedia.com/discover/welcome/your-bill/ebilling.html_1 

Just in case you have tried this process and are still having issues I will send you a PM to confirm a few details so we can set this up for you manually. - You can find the PM in the top right corner of the page in your Inbox. 📩 We can then return to this public thread with another update when possible.
