Stream Return: Wrong serial number of device in email


Hi VM,

In my returns email, the HUB5 serial is correct but the Stream device serial is not and is different.

Can we rectify this via a PM?

Thanks for getting in touch regarding the serial number concern you have for the equipment return. 
We aren't able to make these changes at our side, but what I can do is take the details, note the account and email the team of the different serial number so they are aware. The team will then look into this further and make any changes should they need when the equipment is returned.
