I desperately want to remove this garbage from my “Plan”.

Can someone help me to do that ? 

I won’t negotiate for it’s inclusion, it’s absolutely terrible.

The complication you may be having is that if you have any promotional discounts against Sky Premiums in your package, then removing Sky Cinema means removal of those discounts. That does usually mean a complete re-package of your entire bundle.

Exactly what Jappits said, by removing Sky Cinema might remove any discounts on your account. 

If you are on a package which includes TNT sports any such move would definitely mean you'd loose Those channels.
