Signing paper contract

I've received two paper contracts in the post, each informing me I need to send back a signed contract to Virgin Media. However, there is no specific space or box to sign in this paper contract so where am I meant to sign? I was also told by an advisor over Whatsapp that I don't need to sign or send back any paper contracts. Can anyone who works for Virgin Media tell me if I am supposed to sign and send a paper contract and if so where on earth I'm supposed to sign it? I've had so much conflicting information from Virgin regarding various problems since setting up with them and it's really frustrating

I can see that you have not been able to pass security with our team which does mean we are not able to assist here, I can see however our staff member has provided you a link with a list of other methods of contact.

I just need to know whether I'm supposed to sign this paper contract and send it back to Virgin or not, because the letter says I have to but an advisor said I didn't have to. And also where I'm supposed to sign it as there is no area to sign. I don't need to pass a security test for you to answer this question. Thanks

Hi @Helen36, if you have our services installed or agree to a package change and the 14 day cooling off period is passed, this would be considered as an agreement for the services, and thus meaning that a physical signature is not mandatory.
