We have recently signed up to get Virgin broadband installed, however when signing up to it I misspelled my email (swapped 2 letters round). Was just wondering if it’s possible to correct this?

I also mis-typed one letter in my email address on signup, so my contract docs will have bounced. Got the confirmation SMS though.
Might be worth mentioning, this sort of thing is usually avoided on many other websites, which force you to type your email into two text boxes to check they match-up. I'm pretty certain Virgin hasn't got that.

Thanks Matt, I spent over an hour on the phone yesterday trying to sort this out but was getting absolutely nowhere.
I'd forgotten all about these forums and how useful they are, since it's been a while since I had Virgjn Media in my name.

I have the same issue. Misspelled my email address in a hurry and now i have no way to access my account or get any updates. The delivery date is today.
