Signed up with wrong email address

I signed up with an email address I do not have access to by accident, this means I can't verify my account so can't log in what so ever. Is there any way to change this email address? Thanks

I will be able to get this updated for you, and your contract information re-sent on this basis!

Hi All! Thanks to Kasza128 for PMing with me. 
We were able to update the My Virgin Media registration email address, and re-send the verification emails to regain you access to your account.

        I have the same issues, can you please raise the IT my situation as well?

        It's crazy that we have to wait so long just for a email reset/deletion so we can re-create and have access to our account.

        Please let me know what detail you need to proceed.
