I received my first Virgin Media bill in the post, including the message "You can swap to eBilling and save £21 a year". I would like to sign up for eBilling (I never selected to receive bills by post). The Virgin Media website has instructions on how to do this but they seem to be out of date. The menu items mentioned in the instructions do not exist on the user interface. There are many similar posts on this forum from people with the same issue. Also, the online chat support doesn't work (I was told I would receive a WhatsApp message which didn’t arrive). Please sign me up for eBilling.
