Section 21 Eviction Notice - Early Termination

Hi there!

I am writing to request your assistance regarding the cancellation of our broadband plan under unforeseen circumstances.

Our household has been with Virgin Broadband for a considerable time. Although the account ownership has changed over the years due to different flatmates, we have consistently used your service at our current property for more than seven years. We signed a 24-month plan following the departure of the main tenant, but due to a recent eviction under a Section 21 notice, we are now being forced to leave our home unexpectedly. We will no longer be able to continue with the service after we vacate the property on 5th November 2024. I have attached a copy of the Section 21 notice for your reference.

Given the exceptional nature of our situation, we kindly ask whether you would consider waiving any cancellation fees. This eviction is entirely out of our control, and we had no intention of terminating the service early.

We deeply value the relationship we’ve had with Virgin Media over the years and appreciate your understanding during this difficult time. Should there be any flexibility regarding this matter, we would be very grateful for your support.
