I recently terminated my virgin media account, i sent back the router and set top box i had. I received a email from virgin media that says i had two set top boxes to return, i have only ever had one, i had a set top box replaced by an engineer a year or so ago and he took the faulty box but apart from that i have only ever had a single box, i do not want to get charged for something i have never had please help.

Sorry to hear that you've since left us and received communications regarding the return of a set top box you don't have anymore. We can look into this further for you at our side. Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and select 'Messages' from the drop down.
