Hi, I returned my equipment via Yodel but having reached their central hub in Alfreton it seems to have stalled! 
I liaised with Yodel and they advised me to contact VM. Can you assist me with this please?

Ok thanks. I did send it last Monday and it had been sat in Yodels hub for 5 days although I do note it has been re-scanned yesterday evening…
