Hi VM,

My returns packaging came today, but its only just big enough for the HUB5+cables.

My Stream box is in original box (designed for it).

Does the return process expect both in same box or can it be returned in additional returns packaging request?

Alternatively, they have done area returns before by someone from VM picking it up. If that's better, it will be ready to go for them.
