Hi, can someone tell me if I can get a replacement dolly from virgin. Mine has been kicked off and is nowhere to be found.

You need to call the replacement dolly line on 0345 454 1111.

If you get anywhere, please let me know, I have a similar issue, mine has been kicked and the bottom half has cracked and disappeared!
