Renewing Virgin contract only to end up with incorrect credits and debits

I renewed my contract with Virgin on 28th December, my contract renewal date and since then appear to have been billed incorrectly for amounts which was not agreed at renewal. This seems to be on-going now as each month after renewal, I keep getting chased for an overpayment and am threatened with service disconnection.
