I renewed my contract a few days ago but noticed I haven't received it as it was sent to an old email address which I no longer actively use.
I changed the email address on my Virgin account in the past and my bills are going to the new one but confused as to why the contact was sent to the old one?
How can this be rectified?

Contract can be viewed online in my virgin media portal. I had a case some years ago where my contract was sent to a misspelled address even though it was correct on their system. Nothing you can do other than hope it bounces back as undeliverable because the email address is no longer valid and receiving. You say it's correct now and receiving to your new email address, so dll should be OK hopefully in future.

Sorry to hear you had the new contract sent to an old email address.
If you haven't been able to view this on your online account here then please let us know.
What I'll do anyway is send you a private message, that way I can pass security and make sure everything is updated.
If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
