Renewed contract but not on app

I am having the same issues! I have renewed my contract, got the documents but the app is still showing the the old agreement. This means I can’t add new things to my package!

Thanks for coming back to our Community Forums @TCL49, and I'm sorry to hear of the issue with the itemising of the package being unclear.
