Recently renewed my package online Maxit TV but lost TNT Sports in the process even though it said it was still included and I was still going to be on Maxit TV. TNT Sports is clearly shown under the 4 channel packs on Maxit TV as included.
My new Contract summary sheet received by email also says I was still on Maxit TV so why can I no longer access the channels?

It looks like they have updated the contract offers, and they no longer include TNTSport.

I have this exact issue. I renewed online and my contract still says Maxit and Maxit explicitly includes TNT Sport but they have switched it off and want £18/month to switch it back on. Did you get yours resolved?
