Renewed Maxit package online but lost TNT sports.

Recently renewed my package online Maxit TV but lost TNT Sports in the process even though it said it was still included and I was still going to be on Maxit TV.   TNT Sports is clearly shown under the 4 channel packs on Maxit TV as included.

My new Contract summary sheet received by email also says I was still on Maxit TV so why can I no longer access the channels?

        I can see you've spoke to the team since this post, did they manage to help at all?

  • It looks like they have updated the contract offers, and  they no longer include TNTSport.

     

  • I have this exact issue.  I renewed online and my contract still says Maxit and Maxit explicitly includes TNT Sport but they have switched it off and want £18/month to switch it back on.  Did you get yours resolved?

    i have exactly the same problem,out of contract and renewed but now i have no TNT sports can anyone help please?

      Hi fastboy.

      Thanks for reaching out to us. Apologies for the issues you are facing with TNT Sports, we have been advised by the Channel that It Is now a subscription service, at that time anyone renewing their package or who had TNT on their package would of been contacted and advised of its removal and if customers wished to retain this to reach out to us. So that we can look into your package we would need to bring you in for a private message.

    no we was not advised..and it STILL shows TNT included with the package,
