Hi - I woould simply like to renew on a contract offering you have online, I have contacted your Customer Services who say they cannot do this ( ludicrous) and I need to go through online chat, your link from my account does not work, and I have found myself on ypur community...

Please can you advise or contact me the best way I can do this?
