What is happening with VirginMedia. When my contract came up for renewal, the price was not acceptable. During my 30 period I notified them I was going with EE. Approx 16 days they come up with a better deal, which I accepted. They said I would not have to anything they would notify EE that I was staying. On Friday our broadband, home phone and tv were alll disconnected. On the Thursday I had an accident & I am now in hospital, my wife is tearing her hair out as she doesn’t have a mobile phone the landline is her only method of communication. So am I going to finish with 2 contracts, 1 with VMware & 1 with EE. So I ask again “what is going on?”
