Renewal grammar/spelling

Dieselglider
On our wavelength

I was just having a look at what renewal option was being offered, with my contract ending in November, and just thought the wording and spelling was a bit odd..Any thoughts?

That's probably for when people lose TNT Sports, when they complain that they were told they wouldn't lose anything Virgin can point out that they weren't told they wouldn't lose anything but in fact that they wouldn't loose anything!

The sentence is a mess though, a comma between save and keeping would help a little.

Hi @Dieselglider, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We'll raise it to the relevant team.

Despite the issues with the wording and spelling, is it a deal you'd be interested in? If so, have you tried clicking on the "Choose deal" button?

Please pop back to us at your earliest convenience.

Regards,
Daniel

Hi @Dieselglider,

Can you also please confirm how you received the offer? Was it via e-mail or was it showing on your online account?

Regards,

Daniel

Hi Daniel, It was showing in my online account. Was actually a really good deal, but scared to click in case I lose TNT Sports, and also my contract doesn't end until November.

Hi Dieselglider,

Thanks for coming back to us on this one. Any offers within My VM are online exclusive so we wouldn't be able to match them here. As TNT Sports is no longer included in our packages, unless it's already an add on on the account, you would lose the channels and would need to add them on after at a cost of £18 per month.

We can have a look at the account for you to see what offers we have available to ensure this doesn't happened but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊

Thanks,
