I phoned yesterday as my contract was up within 30 days. I got through and was quoted £193, yes, that's correct 🤣 Since i was a loyal customer, she got it down to £173 🤣 I simply said no way. She put me through to retentions and the guy i spoke to basically just laughed and said no way will i be paying nowhere near that. Price i got was £120 with TNT sports or £107 without TNT sports. He said without TNT sports, my package at £107 was like for like for what i had which includes netflix premium which i pay £5 more for, i've lost UHD movies on demand. If it was like for like, except TNT sports, surely i should still have the UHD movies on demand. I haven't so it's not like for like. I hate being lied to and getting sold a package on false pretences.
