Hello. As yesterday I have started a contract for 18 months for broadband home internet and I am trying to register my account today with related email but I got this:

I have tried to reset password as well but same error I get.
Any thoughts? Thank you very much.

Unfortunately my problem still not solved. Someone called almost one week ago and got my email to fix the problem and forwarded to IT team but nothing happened after that.
Please help me or you can direct me into other actions I can take.
