Sorry to hear you have been unable to add this through yourself, have you been able to follow any of the information given above with regards to how to get this added through?

Hey @shawty1984,

With this then on your My Virgin Media, please confirm you have followed the following steps:

Open the MYVM app
Sign into your account (if not done already)

Scroll down to Account settings

Then click account details.

From here you can then edit your communication preferences.

That's already on ebilling but I've still been charged for paper billing. This seems to be a Virgin problem that's been going on for months.

I am also having the same problem. It says click "My Profile" but there is no such option on MVVM. My communication preferences already say ebilling but i still get a paper bill every month and get charged for it. I have rang customer services multiple times and they just say they cant do anything and I need to change it myself on my profile but that option is not there. Been through every menu and app but just going round in circles.
