Hi,

 

I have returned my equipment and tracking also shows it as having been delivered however I have just received a bill charging me for non-return.

Why is this happening and seemingly happening to so many others?

Hi @Isobel2 

The emails are sent automatically until the returned equpment is booked into VM's systems as being received.

 (It can take up to 14 days for the returned items to be picked up by VM's systems as they are entered in bulk)

A member of the forum team may pick this up for  you and check in a  few days

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you have received a bill for none return of equipment you have advised has been sent back, as advised it can take up to 14 days to show as returned, when and how was the equipment returned?
