Morning,
The plastic brown box which houses the cables on the outside wall of the house has obviously come loose at some point and the outer cover is missing leaving all the cables exposed.
Can a replacement be sent or does an engineer have to come and replace this?

It will require a technician’s visit.
The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Not getting anywhere with that number. Just gives out links which they text you and doesn’t relate to the problem 😩

Sorry to hear to hear about your brown cover missing.
We can see from here that you have been able to arrange a visit to replace this.
If you missed the date and time or need to change or cancel your appointment you can do this online or via the MyVM app.
As this is an external job we tend to ask the customer to be present, but its okay if you need to go out.
Can you please let us know how the visit goes.
