Hi Team,
I recieved new offer from VM £18 and accepted that in month of December. Due to Yodel delivery issue, it wasn’t activated in the Dec month , hence checked with VM they replaced the order but package rate increased to 29£ but they applied 11£ for every month to match old offer. So far all went well. In the same call they mentioned that there will be one off cost & package change cost applied it.
They promised it will be discounted. But I could they were not discounted. Could some one please look into this and resolve for me.

I'm sorry to hear that there's a disputed billing charge. Have you spoke with the team about this at all since your post, and if so what have they advised? Do you still require some further assistance with this?
