Hi All,
I am having an extremely trusting experience after renewing my deal via Whatsapp. I agreed a package for £85 and I have the Whatsapp message of this being agreed.
I then get a bill for £197 and the package on that bill doesn't make sense, it's obviously been messed up. Now when I speak to the agents on Whatsapp I go through the same process of them trying to pitch me a new deal and not acknowledging the previous mistake.
I managed to get through to one agent who said they had filed a credit form and I would hear back in 5 working days. I heard nothing and none of the other agents seem to know about it. I don't have time to call the helpline so am stuck with Whatsapp. Any ideas on how to get this resolved? all I want to do is get refunded for my last bill and confirm the same deal as I was promised.
