Hi all,
my monthly fixed bill is £18 but in September VM charged me £40 and I don’t know why, I keep calling the customer service but it’s impossible to talk to an agent… automated robots keep sending me links of different stuff other than listening to my problem…
could you please let me know how can I talk to someone, a living human so they can listen to my issue and help me out???
what a rubbish service it has…. When they want to make a contract with you, they call again and again, once contract is done, they don’t even have any option to talk to you. Pathetic…
