Offered bill credit in initial sales call, but not received?

I recently signed up for Virgin Media broadband through a site offering a £75 bill credit ... but I haven't received any information since the call about how to claim it or how it works.

I also cannot find any number to call to resolve it. Anyone know what to do?

Thanks!

Adam

Hi there @OuYuegu

Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here.

I am glad to hear you were able to take advantage of this offer! You can read up on what to expect with any gifts or vouchers as part of your deal online here and clicking the terms and conditions in blue under the offer. To summarise the credit will be applied to your first bill and would not be given if your account was cancelled before install.

Thanks for your response!

Unfortunately, the credit for the M500 package is not featured on that page you linked ... I was told over the phone that I would still be able to get the £75 bill credit?

Thanks in advance for your further help.

Adam

Hi Adam 👋 Thanks for getting back to us.

You've mentioned taking a deal out via a site offering a £75 credit - was this a 3rd party site?  Do you have a link to the site or any confirmation of the deal?

Usually when you take out a deal with a 3rd party site they arrange any vouchers being sent to you. (You can read more about this here 👉 https://www.virginmedia.com/help/gifts

If the deal was arranged with us directly please let us know, as this should then have been evidenced and applied on your account.

Wishing you all the best! 🌞
