Unfortunately, the credit for the M500 package is not featured on that page you linked ... I was told over the phone that I would still be able to get the £75 bill credit?

You've mentioned taking a deal out via a site offering a £75 credit - was this a 3rd party site? Do you have a link to the site or any confirmation of the deal?
Usually when you take out a deal with a 3rd party site they arrange any vouchers being sent to you. (You can read more about this here 👉 https://www.virginmedia.com/help/gifts )
If the deal was arranged with us directly please let us know, as this should then have been evidenced and applied on your account.
