Hi, 

I joined Virgin media and have my Internet installed already but I have had no email confirmation of this and I have not been given an account number or anything. I have tried to contact you via the chat but it keeps kicking me off, could I speak to a human please?

I have the same problem too, my Internet was installed on the 6/11/24 and I've had no email or letter with an account number etc. Could someone help with this please?
