No Welcome Email or Account Number

Hi, I recently joined Virgin Media on the 28th and order a Broadband box, that came today. However I need an engineer to install the necessary connections, however to do so I need to login to my Virgin Media Account.

The issue is I never recieved a Welcome Email with my acco

Account number on, and need so to login, i've tried my email and password I used when ordering the Broadband but alas doesn't work. In order to even check if I had ordered a box I had to phone Virgin, in which they ensured me it was on the way and by doing so checked if my account was on the system which it were. (by confirming email and secret word.) I would prefer if I was able to get an engineer to my place for tomorrow as Im working all weekend but I just can't seem to even log in to book one. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
