New contract different to what was agreed pre-contract

Hi there.

I spent some time agreeing a contract renewal today with one of the online chat agents and was happy with the outcome. We agreed on a mutually agreeable offer - I have the copy of the pre contract letter and chat history - so I was then surprised to receive the actual contract with a significantly higher price than that agreed - an extra £13.86.

I tried to get through on the web chat but didn't get through to anyone. Would someone be able to help resolve this please?

We're sorry to hear there has been some discrepancies between your pre-contract and new contract once put through. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
