Hello, our contract is running out this month I believe, just spoke to a lady from virgin and agreed to a new contract - £77.50 per month for 18 months - OK.
First pre contract she sent was £83.50 (This was before she added her staff discount she said so OK) - From month 19 currently 183.00 a month.
The pre contract after the discount was added says £77.50 per month - From month 1 currently 189.00 a month. Obviously should say after month 19 not month 1 so I would like to get this contract corrected because I dont want to get charged £189 on the first month when it should £77.50 for 18 months.
