New Build Install

Hello,

We are due to move house in six weeks time to a new build. The properties will have FTTP and we were informed this would be BT, Hyperoptic & VM. 

As current VM customers, we want to take our package with us. Unfortunately using the online move system it states VM is currently unavailable. 

I spoke to the relevant CS Team in late February they said call back in March. Called back yesterday and they said that they couldn’t speak with the new build team so perhaps call back two weeks before you move. 

Please could a forum mod try and find out the release date for my new home?

I am happy to call back two weeks before moving but the developer has warned us about long lead times with other providers for install etc. We are keen to understand our position with VM as we both WFH and don’t want to rely on mobile hotspots for too long.

      Hello Aqua_A

      We are also looking to get a new Virign fttp to our newbuild home. We have a Virgin Fibre cabinet at the top of our road. Can somebody help with organising a connection to that cabinet?
