New £22 Contract FAILED badly!

tomba
On our wavelength

I accepted a total price re-contract of £22 for basic M125 package but then noticed that my VM Account states £31. After contacting VM on "chat" they failed to understand me...then by 'phone...I was told that "I can see the offer of £22, you are quite correct, it's a simple fix". I was promised a £14 recurring credit for the full 18m and they then sent an email to confirm "account has been credited". All very strange as £31 is still showing and nothing else.

I've tried various forms of communication and received various promises but nobody is able to actually amend the account and the account (as before) is all over the place! I just want to know what I will ACTUALLY be paying (DD from Bank) and not all the gobbledegook.

Please fix my Account!

Hi tomba,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, if the price has been correct by adding a rolling credit, you will still see the full price Via your Online account, this is because the contract hasn't been amended only the price, you will see this on your bill/ bank statement each month.

Regards

Paul.

Thanks Paul. I've just spoken with Anthony (not his real name) on 150 (eventually) and he confirms that the Account details bear no resemblance to what I will actually pay??? Bizarre!!! So, going forward, he has details showing totally different things but cost will be the "£22 agreed!!! RESULT!!! Thanks again!

You are very welcome tomba.

Regards

Paul.
