My daughter has a netflix account paid for using her bank card, today we've been signed out of netflix and being asked to sign up again with it being billed through virgin media, anyone know what's going on, she only paid her netflix on 12th july

My daughter has a netflix account which she pays by card and last payment 12th July, we've been logged out and now it's saying to sign up again and billed through virgin Media, can't find a way to revert back to card payment

I am so sorry that you have faced an issue with Netflix. To confirm does your daughter have an account with us and if so has she recently agreed a new deal that includes the Netflix?

Virgin media is my account, my daughter lives with me but doesn't use a box, she connected to netflix on smart tv
