I signed up for an upgrade to Mega TV two weeks ago which includes Netflix standard. I have not received a Netflix activation e-mail and have checked my spam e-mails. When I go into my Virgin Media account, it does not show the upgrade although the channels have been upgraded and the new remote is working. Therefore there is no Netflix upgrade button. Any help?

Did you upgrade to the Mega Volt bundle? The only current bundles that include standard netflix are the Biggest Combo bundle and the Mega Volt bundle.

As mentioned below only certain packages have Netflix in them

Yes it states in my contract that Netflix Standard is part of the bundle
