Hi - I’ve just added Netflix to my package but not received any instructions. If I log in to Netflix and add it (same email as my virgin media account) will it recognise that I have a Virgin package and not charge me?

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums. When signing up for Netflix, we will send you an email with a link to follow to create finish account set up so that you are not Charged if it is inclusive of your package, if you have signed up for Standard or Premium there will be an additional charge. So that we can see and clarify more, we would need to bring you in for a private message.
Please look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser or if you are using a mobile device, it will be located under your profile icon.
